Cockett Marine Oil is pleased to announce the appointment of Nils Flemming Rasmussen, who joins the group on 1st January 2012, as General Manager of our new office based in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

In addition to Flemmings appointment, Cockett are pleased to announce Anders Falck Kobbernagel has been appointed Bunker Trader and will also join the new Copenhagen office on 1st January 2012.

 Together, the two have a wealth of experience within the industry and Cockett Marine Oil Scandinavia Aps will use its extensive market experience to assist its customers in purchasing fuel, achieving the most competitive prices whilst guaranteeing quality of service and product.

 Flemming primarily joined Maritime Agency Bunker Copenhagen in 1989 as a trainee.  Thereafter, he joined WFS Denmark in 1997 where he spent 4 years as a bunker trader.  In 2001 his profession saw him move to the Eitzen Group heading up the bunker department where he has remained for more than 10 years and witnessed the Ultra-Gas Group takeover last year of Eitzen Bulk now operating as U-Sea Bulk.  

 Anders worked 3 years for Shell Denmark where he gained experience of the bunker trade before joining the Eitzen Group in 2006.  Anders is presently working for Eitzen Chemical.
